Everything You Need to Know

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to The Beauty Lounge Charity Ball, supporting Mind, on Saturday 10th October 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln.

Here are a few details to help you plan your evening.

Arrival
Doors open at 6pm, with a drinks reception to start the evening.

When you arrive at the hotel, head to reception and follow the signs to the lifts. The Charity Ball is taking place on the top floor in the Viewing Gallery.

Dinner & Dietary Requirements
A three-course evening meal will be served during the evening.

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements and haven't already let us know, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Casino Night
The casino opens from 9pm, giving you the chance to try your luck and enjoy a little friendly competition.

Raffle & Silent Auction
There will be plenty of opportunities to win something special while helping us raise even more for Mind.

Raffle prizes already include Camper UK motorhome hire, a spa day at The Grange Spa, experience vouchers, a Doughgirl box, Everyman Cinema tickets, a Doddington Hall voucher and shopping vouchers, with more on the night.

We'll also be holding a silent auction during the evening.

Photos
Formal photographs will be available on the night, so there will be an opportunity to capture everyone looking their best.

Please Bring Cash
Cash is king! We'd encourage guests to bring cash with them for the evening. It will make payments quicker and easier, particularly for things such as photographs, the raffle and other fundraising activities.

Dress Code
The dress code for the evening is formal black tie – so this is your excuse to dress up properly!

Finishing Times
Last orders at the bar will be at 11.30pm, with the evening finishing at midnight.
